Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked

If Fieldbench doesn't save you time, you shouldn't pay for it. Any purchase — Pro, the AI subscription's first period, or the bundle — is refundable in full within 30 days of payment. You don't need to justify it.

How to get a refund

• Reply to your receipt email (fastest), or
• Email [email protected] with the email you bought with or your license key.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

A refunded key is deactivated on our side and can no longer be activated on new machines. AI subscription renewals can be cancelled anytime from your Paddle receipt; cancelling stops future charges and the key simply runs out at the end of the paid period. A Pro refund does not affect an AI period you've already paid for, and vice versa.
